• commercial contracts
• transaction management

The candidate

• Qualified Lawyer with 4+ years pqe
• An excellent understanding of the corporate legal regime in Ireland with experience of working on M&A mandates in a comparable environment
• Experience of leading on corporate transactions gained within a recognised law firm
• A desire to be working for a truly international firm.
• Flexibility, supporting a broad range of corporate transactions, but with a particular focus on private M&A work.
