The opportunity

My client are looking for a Senior level Corporate Associate to join their highly ambitious and fast growing International Corporate Group in London. This will be a broad Corporate role, with a specific focus on M&A.

The team
The International Corporate Group offers a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures. They offer the full remit of corporate expertise to a wide range of clients from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions.

The candidate

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent academic achievement.
• Experience of leading on corporate transactions gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.
• A desire to be working for a truly international firm.
• Flexibility, supporting a broad range of corporate transactions, but with a particular focus on private M&A work.
