 Key Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Advise and assist on a broad range of high-profile and complex corporate transactions. 
  • Advise a range of clients, from start-ups to established listed entities, domestic and international, and across a range of sectors. 
  • Advise on relevant corporate re-structuring, corporate governance, and company law issues.  
  • Work as part of a truly global legal team and firm. 
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • NQ- 2 year PQE Solicitor
  • Experience in a top tier commercial or global law firm 
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Superb communication skills - oral and written
  • Proven client relationship management skills 
  • Proven ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, commercially astute, and solutions focused
