Corporate Finance/M&A Manager (Dublin)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months experience post qualified in Corporate Finance.

  • ACA / CFA qualified or equivalent;

  • Previous experience in corporate finance/banking /investments or a related transaction department;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – especially in report writing and PowerPoint presentations;

  • Strong capability in financial modelling and the complexities of your chosen area;

  • Keen to involve and support junior team members.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, drive and enthusiasm are pre-requisite for this role.

  • Ability to learn quickly and leverage skills in new situations.
