Our Client is a boutique Corporate Finance and Advisory firm based in Limerick who are going through a stage of growth due to an uptake in business within Irelands SME market.
The ideal candidate is a newly qualified accountant who has either trained with a public accounting practice or within the Financial Services Industry who is looking to develop an exciting career in Corporate Finance.
This role will provide the successful candidate with a range of experience in corporate finance - transactions, M&A, valuations etc

Responsibilities
Preparation of business plans, financing and restructuring proposals
Origination and management of M&A and fundraising transactions
Managing relationships with all stakeholders
Preparation of information memoranda and financial models for fundraising assignments
Liaising with potential investors and promoters during due diligence phase of buy and sell-side transactions
Management of debt restructure and refinance process from start to finish
The Ideal candidate
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) etc
Trained within a large accounting practice or Financial Services Industry
Previous exposure to restructuring, transaction support, due diligence and corporate finance assignments are an advantage but not essential
Self-Motivator and work of own accord with the ability to meet deadlines
Commercially focused
Previous experience managing relationships with business owners and banks
