Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer to be based in New York or Abu Dhabi

Our client, a top tier bank, is looking to hire a corporate commercial lawyer to be based in New York or to be based in Abu Dhabi.

• 2+ years of "big law firm" experience in the US within the corporate practice.
• Experience with licensing, distribution and other commercial agreements preferred.
• Excellent professional judgment, communication, and organization.
• Affinity for providing client-oriented services.
• Stellar interpersonal skills that foster working relationships.
• Good academic credentials from a top tier law school.
