My client, a top tier law firm, is currently seeking a Commercial Knowledge Lawyer to join their excellent Knowledge team.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside knowledge partner and fee-earners on knowledge management initiatives as they arise
• Monitor legal developments across practice areas and preparing timely internal bulletins;
• Assisting with research and technical legal queries
• To develop appropriate knowledge tools for the Commercial & Technology team that are aligned with and informed by the business needs of the team and its client base
• Promote a knowledge sharing culture across the firm while collaborating with knowledge lawyers across other departments on centralised projects or areas of shared technical interest.
• Provide input and participate internal and external training initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor/lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience within Commercial law
• Strong interest in knowledge, learning & development
• Experience in commercial contracts and/or competition law an advantage;
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills
