I am teamed up with a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to our community. The Commercial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting financial decision-making. This position involves analyzing financial data, assessing market trends, and collaborating with various departments in regard to the financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:

   • Analyze revenue and cost data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
   • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, and provide insightful recommendations to senior management.

2. Market Research:

   • Conduct market research to assess competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and potential growth areas.
   • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting healthcare finance and commercial operations.

3. Revenue Optimization:

   • Collaborate with revenue cycle and billing departments to identify and address revenue leakage and billing inefficiencies.
   • Evaluate pricing structures and make recommendations for pricing adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / CPA / ACCA);
• Exposure to a healthcare enviroment advantageous;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
