Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for Clients regarding follow-ups and solving any issues raised
• Providing high-quality service through daily communication with clients & internal teams when needed
• Maintain & develop beneficial relationships with clients
• Support the implementation of value to clients (cross-sell)
• Attend board meetings & ensure any action points are swiftly addressed

The Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years experience within the financial sector; Fund Admin, Transfer Agent, Custody and/or Fund Investment Compliance
• Client Services & Relationship Management experience
• Knowledge of the Fund Industry, legal structures & client service models
