Client Manager-Hybrid-Shannon

Company Overview:

Our Client is offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join the Capital Markets Aviation team as a Client Manager. This full-time, permanent position is based in Shannon and reports to a Client Services Director. The role presents a chance to enhance client-facing and accounting skills, contributing significantly to the growth of our Aviation business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, and coordinating the incorporation of legal entities where relevant.
  • Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects related to each transaction.
  • Conduct commercial reviews of transaction agreements and coordinate with the Accounting team for appropriate accounting.
  • Review and approve ongoing servicing activities, including monthly investor reporting, debt reporting, and timely delivery of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory filings.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage investor/debt reporting duties, including cash management and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with the internal company secretary and compliance department for corporate filings to ensure legal compliance.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with third parties.
  • Ensure clients are billed according to agreed terms.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the corporate services industry or accounting practice.
  • Financial services experience, preferably in structured finance and/or aircraft leasing (not essential).
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA).
