- Advise a range of domestic and international financial institutions, non-bank lenders, asset managers, investment funds, corporates, governments and family offices on all aspects of domestic and international bank finance.
- This includes real estate and development finance, acquisition and bid finance, structured finance, syndicated lending, funds lending, and asset based lending.
- Advise vendors, purchasers, and financiers on distressed and non-performing loan portfolios and on various restructuring, workout, and refinancing scenarios.
- Advise on general transactional banking matters including secured and unsecured lending work, syndicated and bilateral loan agreements, and asset finance.
- Advise and assist with complex multi-source project finance transactions where debt is provided by combinations of international development finance institutions, export credit agencies, banks, infrastructure debt funds, other institutional lenders and public sector entities.
- Assist and participate in relevant wider firm projects as required.
- Qualified Solicitor. Minimum 2 years' PQE
- Top Tier commercial law firm or London City law firm experience required
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
