AVP Contract Management-Aviation Leasing

The Role:

The Aviation Advisory division is seeking to hire an Assistant Vice President (AVP). The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising the daily management of contracts for a varied portfolio of aircraft, all while leading and managing a team of associates.

  • Manage a team of aviation professionals to meet client needs effectively.
  • Meet reporting deadlines and present reports to senior management.
  • Lead the efficient delivery of activities and projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of documents and data input with client's contract terms, corporate policies, and government regulations.
  • Maintain accurate recording and integrity of all relevant leases and portfolios in the client's contract management system.
  • Manage client's customer billings and conduct necessary system updates.
  • Oversee client's customer payment receipts and manage associated system updates.

The Requirements

  • Rapid problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with contract management systems, specifically AerData CMS, Leaseworks, and Sysco Lease Manager.
  • Proficient in managing a team of contract associates.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with the Senior Management team.
  • Possess over 6 years of relevant industry experience.
