I'm recruiting for an exciting, hyper growth global mid market Investment Bank who are looking to onboard high quality and experienced Associates. My client is a fast-growing global M&A specialist, who advise on complex tech and software deals across the globe.

What are they looking for?

• An Associate (1 or 2)
• 1 or 2 years solid and demonstrable M&A/lead advisory experience as an ASSOCIATE from a Corporate Finance/M&A Advisory firm and/or investment bank.
• Knowledge in Business Services or a similar industry. Direct exposure is not required, but a keen interest is essential.
• High quality M&A modelling expertise, with strong attention to excel details
• Experience working on the entire deal cycle
• Track record of deals
