Responsibilities

  • Own and run the monthly accounts preparation process

  • Maintain and update monthly management reports and financial dashboard

  • Work closely with founders to develop financial and commercial strategies

  • Use financial knowledge and experience to highlight potential market or acquisition opportunities

  • Complete monthly Bank Reconciliations

  • Monitoring and reporting on cash movements

  • Verify all invoices have been correctly coded and authorised

  • Assist with application for additional government-related funding if required

  • Rolling Cashflow Forecast for 3-5 year plan

  • Special Projects as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Part qualified Accountant with 1-4 years experienced working in a growing business

  • Strong academic background and training 

  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills are essential

  • Experience working within an international group with multiple entities globally

  • PC literate with excellent Excel / MS Word skills.

  • Corporate finance experience is desirable but not essential

  • Ability to work within tight operating deadlines

  • Highly motivated and able to work under own initiative

  • Ambitious, proactive and a team player
