Phoenix Search has partnered with a renowned company in the motor industry to seek out an Accounts Receivable candidate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

This role is ideal for someone who possesses a keen attention to detail, enjoys working with data entry, and thrives in such tasks. Based in Dublin West, the position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in scheduling, such as starting and finishing early.

The Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating the reconciliation and allocation of direct debits and incoming payments processed via the bank.
  • Recording daily bank card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Distributing weekly working capital schedules among relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing assistance to the accounts payable and receivable departments as needed.
  • Undertaking miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the management to support business operations.
The Requirements: 
  • At least 1 years experience in a similar role 
  • Flexibility, strong organisational skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients
