The Responsibilities:
- Facilitating the reconciliation and allocation of direct debits and incoming payments processed via the bank.
- Recording daily bank card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Distributing weekly working capital schedules among relevant stakeholders.
- Providing assistance to the accounts payable and receivable departments as needed.
- Undertaking miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the management to support business operations.
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role
- Flexibility, strong organisational skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients
