Accounts Receivable
Phoenix is working with a large FMCG company to find a driven Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing debtors accounts
- Ensuring customer accounts you are responsible for are reconciled monthly
- Daily cash posting
- Management of direct debits
- Both weekly and monthly statement runs
- Resolution of any customer queries
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve account issues
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Credit Control
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of excel is highly beneficial
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
