Accounts Payable Administrator

Phoenix have partnered with a leading law firm to find an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their busy finance team. The suitable candidate will have experience in a busy finance team in a large organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing expenses and overseeing policy compliance
  • Processing invoices
  • Monthly creditor reconciliations
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Point of contact for pay-related queries
  • Preparation of monthly accruals
  • Ad hoc dutues

Key Requirements:

  • Accounting Technician certification
  • Experience in a high volume environment
  • Excel proficient
  • Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail
