Our Client is looking to hire an accountant's assistant to support the team they currently have in place to assist in cash flow forecasting, management accounts preparation, as well as compliance certs and utilisation requests.

In this role, you'll be working as part of a team reporting to the Finance Manager, while working across a number of different areas, both internally and externally.


  • Working across finance department reporting to finance manager

  • Creation of a number of different invoices, either on a bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually basis.

  • Assist in preparation of debtors ledgers.

  • Bank reconciliation, as well as checking bank accounts.

  • Other ad hoc duties.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong experience in an industry accounting/administration role

  • Experience with Accounts receivable/accounts payable.

  • Ability to manage several projects/tasks at once

  • Experience in the construction sector is an advantage
