Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire detailed knowledge of client structures and activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of financial statements, reports, tax filings, and meeting materials.
- Review work by accountants or the Client Services Assistant Manager, including management accounts, tax returns, and board documents.
- Provide backup support, serve as a non-executive director, and hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
- Develop team skills and attend social events with clients and advisors.
- 7+ years in accounting, including 2 years managing teams
- Accounting qualification (ACCA, CMA, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (preferably BOB)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
