Account Executive-Northern Ireland -Hybrid

The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will work within the Customer Success department. You will be a highly ambitious and resilient sales professional, who can work on your own initiative.  You will have strong experience in achieving sales targets and the ability to deliver on the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.  Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment is highly advantageous. 

As a successful Account Executive, you will be empowered to achieve significant personal career growth while simultaneously making an impact in the fight against the climate crisis. This role will benefit from the inbound leads generated by the Sales Development Representative Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales pitches and consistently close deals at or above monthly targets

  • Manage your own deals within the sales pipeline to ensure delivery against key performance metrics

  • Strong emphasis on new clients whilst expanding existing clients

  • Work with SDR’s to proactively research and source new business opportunities in the market

  • Ensure sales reporting is accurate and up to date

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience of Closing Deals experience

  • Positive attitude and highly motivated to reach/exceed sales targets

  • Resilient, driven and determined professional with the ability to hit targets

  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management on Sales CRM Software

  • Fluency in a second language will be considered a big plus

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must-have

  • Strong general IT skills with a focus on Google Workspace

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a hybrid working environment
