Our client works with some of the world's leading brands on a number of sustainability projects. We are seeking to hire an Experienced AE Manager to join their Dublin office (on a hybrid basis).

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate AE team to ensure sales targets are being met
Train, mentor and develop AE team to become experts in their field
Continuously review and improve both the sales process, pitch and deck
Manage and analyse sales pipelines and ensure reporting is up-to-date
The Ideal Candidate
Driven, ambitious and determined professional with a positive attitude
Minimum 18 months in a similar Sales Management role
5+ years of successful closing experience
Strong experience managing and motivating a team
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management on Sales CRM Software
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a hybrid working environment
