Responsibilities

• Work with the first line of defense to identify, assess, document, and regularly review risks of all risk types and coach your clients to design and implement controls;

• Assist with developing and implementing risk policies, risk procedures, key risk indicators, and risk appetite;

• Constantly develop and maintain risk tools and systems;

• Implement risk governance structures and risk management frameworks;

• Design and implement policies and protocols around the current software and frameworks;

The Ideal candidate

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA)

• Financial Services experience is an advantage but not essential

• 3+ years external audit, internal audit or risk experience is essential

• Self-Motivator and work of own accord with the ability to meet deadlines

• Appetite to develop a career with a specialist team

• Previous experience managing relationships with business owners and banks
