Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operational: Draft and implement credit control systems and processes 

• Draft and implement risk and compliance framework 

• Constant monitoring & analysis of credit worthiness 

• Formulating pricing strategies 

• AML and Fraud prevention 

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years' experience in a risk/compliance style role 

• Ability to build controls and procedures 

• Organised and and self starter 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven record of successfully working with internal and external stakeholders and continuously managing expectations

• Overseeing and delivering formal and informal reports and presentations

• Adaptable, commercial, solutions-focused
