The Company:
Our client are a leading Investment Manager and Corporate Finance advisory firm. Due to a continued business growth they are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join they are well established and high performing advisory division.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of business plans, financing and restructuring proposals
Developing an M&A strategy with key clients
Performing detailed due diligence to ensure transaction readiness;
Assisting with the review of financing arrangements, business plans/projections and financial statements;
Development and review of detailed, complex financial Microsoft Excel models for use in transactions;
Assisting with the development of funding structures, option papers and information memorandums for clients seeking to raise new debt capital and/or refinance existing debt;
Liaising and managing relationships with all stakeholders
Preparation of information memoranda and financial models for fundraising assignments
Management of debt restructure and refinance process from start to finish
Experience & Qualifications
Qualified Accountant with 3 years minimum working in a Corporate Finance
Big 4/Top 10 background OR a qualified accountant with banking/debt advisory experience
An ability to effectively review, understand and analyse business plans, restructuring proposals and supporting financial models / projections
Previous exposure to restructuring, transaction support, due diligence and corporate finance and corporate recovery assignments would be an advantage
Experience in dealing with and managing relationships with banks, borrowers, business owners and other stakeholders in the provision of advisory services would also be an advantage
