She holds a level 8 degree in Business with Tourism, a Master's in International Management and Global Business, and is currently working towards her CIPD qualification in People Management.
Before joining Phoenix, Clodagh discovered her passion for recruitment while working as a recruitment consultant in the medical industry, which solidified her love for working with people and influencing their careers. Notably, Clodagh recently bought her first house after returning from travels in Australia, marking another achievement in her dynamic career.
