1. Tell us a bit about yourself - what's your background?
After completing a degree in Law and Economics from the University of Limerick, I joined PwC as a tax trainee. After completing my CTA qualification in PwC, I joined Grant Thornton in Dublin. In 2017, I moved to Australia and began a career in recruitment. I returned to Ireland in 2018 and have since focused on recruiting tax professionals for both practice and industry positions.
2. Why did you join the recruitment industry?
Phoenix gives me the opportunity to help people decide the next step in their careers. I work a lot with newly-qualified tax advisors who are looking to branch out, which can be a daunting challenge. I really enjoy giving my professional advice on what their next move should be and consulting with them through the process to achieve the best outcome.

4. What do you consider your biggest achievement to date?
Passing the AITI tax exams and becoming a Chartered Tax Advisor.
