Phoenix has partnered with a leading Investment Bank based in London that are looking to hire a driven and ambitious Vice President. They are one of the largest firms globally providing M&A consulting and strategic advisory support to the mid-market. As part of their service offering, they provide advice in a number of areas including M&A, MBO's and Capital Markets.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, analysing, and explaining historical and projected financial information;

• Coordinating and performing business due diligence;

• Preparing confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations;

• Valuing companies and businesses;

• Assisting in the marketing and planning of engagements;

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with a reputable Investment Bank or M&A Advisory firm

• Experience working in the Consumer sectors

• Highly skilled in valuation methodologies for companies;

• Aptitude for financial analysis and interpretation;

• Strong knowledge of accounting, applied financial theory and valuation methodologies;

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently, take ownership and improve processes;

• Excellent modelling skills;
