  • Our client provides eCommerce founders the insights and funds to accelerate their growth.

  • Founded in 2020 they already have operations across Europe, London, Sydney, and New York and have lend upwards of $100m to fast-growing e-commerce businesses across the world.

The Opportunity:

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire an existing pipeline of leads and customers

  • Rapidly build out a team of 10-15 Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Reps (SDRs) in the first 12 months

  • Modify our existing onboarding and training programs, as needed, for the US market

  • Roll-out these programs to your team (with support from the European Head of Sales)

  • Set individual team members' targets and KPIs; balancing individual and collective success

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A real, genuine interest in startups and eCommerce stores.

  • A strong track record of exceeding targets in outbound sales as Account Executive, ideally to the SMB market

  • 3+ years experience managing an outbound sales team, ideally to SMB market

  • Great communication skills, both written and oral

  • Previous startup experience

  • Ability to build, motivate and lead a high performing team
