​Phoenix UK is working with a top 50 Professional Services firm who is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join their TS operation in London.

You will help to deliver a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs, debt financing and IPO's across sectors within the SME market. You will also be expected to play a significant part in business development and marketing initiatives including developing relationships with some of the UK's most enviable PE houses.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent);

• You would would have had some form of advisory experience (due diligence, valuations or Independent Business review);

• Passion for the deal world and have strong analytical skills - the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions;
