A highly ranked Global Law firm is looking to hire an Associate that specialises in Debt Capital Markets - ideally 2-4 years PQE. This firm offers great career progression and on going hands on support and mentoring throughout your career.
The Team
The DCM team advises World leading financial institutions and Corporates on a range of debt and equity linked market transactions.

The Candidate
This role will entail a range of transactional and advisory DCM work. You will be managing client relationships and keep regular contact/updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders,
The areas of advisory includes but not limited to:

??- Investment grade issues
-Emerging markets issues
-Regulatory capital issues
-Debt issuance programmes
-Liability management transactions
-Equity-linked
-Private placements
To apply for this role you would need to have the following experience:

• 
  Ideally 2-4 years PQE qualified in a relevant jurisdiction - open to more of less PQE
• 
  Advanced legal skills, including complex drafting, negotiation and project management skills; good people management and business development skills.
• 
  Full understanding of law firm profitability and key drivers for financial efficiency; and ability to manage costs and budgets.
