This role represents a great opportunity to work in a fast paced & rewarding creative environment. The successful candidate will lead innovative design solutions and supervise other Designers reporting to the Design Lead. They will be responsible for creating elevated concepts, wireframes, final builds and leading the team's transition to a headless CMS (Adobe Experience Manager).
This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Leading the development of ideas and delivering new content formats for site and email
- Mentoring & supervising talented designers
- Managing Content projects
- Delivering pixel perfect frontend graphics, from concept to delivery
- Design, build and deployment of bespoke web pages & emails
- Working to ensure a visually memorable and exciting brand experiences

Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Python
- Demonstrable web design skills with an excellent portfolio.
- Experienced with industry standard design packages such as Adobe Creative Cloud, with particular focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, XD.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Bonus skills
- Experience with Javascript, Python
- Previous management experience
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target
- Well versed in UX principles.
- Knowledgeable of the latest mobile/desktop design patterns, interaction design, and innovative coding techniques.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud
