Leading international investment bank, looking to add a Senior Regulatory Reporting Officer, to report directly to the Head of Compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designated point of contact and SME for the firm's regulatory reporting obligations (MIFID, MAR, EMIR)
• Constant review and development of policies and procedures
• Take the lead on key regulatory projects for the Irish business - from planning stage right through to implementation
• Monthly/quarterly board reporting
• Identification, interpret and assess existing and upstream regs - providing reports on the potential impacts, risks, and opportunities this may bring

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years experience compliance and investment firm governance - MIFID, EMIR, MAR etc
• Excellent CBI/regulatory experience
• Strong communicator, equally capable of working alone as with a small team - works well with a able to effectively communicate with Board of directors
• Compliance project implementation experience
