Senior Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities Include :

You will be part of a high performing and well-networked team that work with industry leaders in order to put together some of the highest functioning teams. You must be able to work in a team environment and be able to deliver on your individual responsibilities. Planning, executing your plan, engage with clients and building a process that will allow you to bring best in class talent to our partners.

We are seeking individuals who are curious, bright, and driven by unlimited compensation potential. 


Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Master, MBA, Professional Qualification)

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales/recruiting experience

  • Experience in the following industries (preferred): Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Sales or Professional Services

  • Proven track record of working in a demanding sales/professional environment

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Previous commercial experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Proven relationship building skills in a sales capacity

  • Proven time management and organisational skills
