Our client, a global leader in corporate services, is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate International Tax Advisory for a full-time, permanent, remote role based in the UK. Reporting to the Global Head of International Tax Advisory, this position offers a unique opportunity to provide expert international tax advice to clients across diverse industries, including software, finance, telecom, and higher education. With a broad scope and exposure to multi-jurisdictional work, this role is ideal for a tax professional looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The Role:

  • Conduct research and deliver multi-jurisdictional tax advice on core areas, including Corporate Tax, Permanent Establishment, Transfer Pricing (TP), and Withholding Tax (WHT).
  • Perform Transfer Pricing benchmarking analysis and partner with clients on global projects.
  • Develop tax-efficient group structures, trading arrangements, and holding company strategies.
  • Advise clients across industries like software, telecom, finance, and higher education.
  • Provide tax audit support, preparing relevant documentation and correspondence for tax authorities.
  • Translate complex tax issues into actionable, easy-to-understand client plans.
  • Keep up-to-date with tax changes across assigned regions and identify new advisory opportunities.

The Person:

  • Organized and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable simplifying complex tax issues for clients.
  • Holds a CA, CPA, or CTA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Self-starter with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in international tax, ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related IT tools.
  • Committed to continuous learning and eager to expand technical tax expertise.
