Our client, a frontrunner in the global e-commerce space, is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join their Group Finance department in Dublin. This role offers a chance to influence financial strategies across various global locations, including Ireland, USA, Canada, UK, and while connecting nearly a billion consumers.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the annual budget process and develop the Group's strategic model.
• Oversee strategic business planning, data collection, scenario analysis, and deliver outputs to senior management.
• Manage monthly rolling forecasts, cash flow projections, and covenant compliance.
• Oversee revenue recognition and forecasting during the monthly close.
• Prepare detailed monthly board reports.
• Conduct customer profit analysis and ensure R&D Capex reporting complies with IFRS.
• Enhance manufacturing forecasting processes and improve planning accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to provide insights and develop KPIs.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and support the CFO.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Motivated self-starter, capable of working independently and in teams.
• Proven track record in process improvement and problem-solving.
• Experience in financial planning, modeling, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a holistic perspective.
• Proficiency in Netsuite, Excel, and database tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
