My client are a one of the largest clean energy suppliers in the country and are continuing to grow each year. This role sits with their finance team on a remote working basis and will give you varied experience across the finance function as well as other areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the month-end process for the business
• Work closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director on ad hoc projects
• Gain exposure to other areas of the business, pricing, marketing, sales etc
• Working closely with the Financial Controller on the preparation of cost/ benefit analysis on new initiatives
• Preparing weekly and monthly financial and operational KPIs
• Manage a small team's workflow

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA etc
• Experience in the energy sector an advantage
• Experience with a scaling company an advantage
• Experience dealing with stakeholders
• Financial reporting experience essential
• Industry trained or practice trained
