Senior Financial Accountant - Aviation

Phoenix are delighted to partner with a global financial services provider based in Shannon. My client is a leading provider of corporate services within the Aviation space.

This role is a great opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking to make a move out of practice and into a well established firm. The successful candidate will receive great exposure and experience and guaranteed regular promotion.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of client management accounts
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Preparation of statutory financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Ensure that client requirements and statutory reporting deadlines are met
• Preparation / filing VAT and statutory returns

Qualifications:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA recently qualified accountant coming from top 10 Audit
• Ideally having previous exposure to Financial Services (Aviation a major plus) but not necessary
• Tax experience also considered
• Excellent communication and client servicing
