Responsibilities:
- Management of transactions, client relationships, and novice team members;
- Leading 2-5 people;
- Junior team members must keep high client service levels;
- Client responsibility for activities;
- Understand client goals and deal documents to actively manage deals;
- Maintain client administrative and operational processes;
- Proactively complete task accurately and on time;
- Reviewing operative documents and implementing suitable controls and processes to ensure all tasks are properly resourced and handled;
- Overseeing and managing all transaction-related documentation and administrative jobs;
- Accounting policy creation;
- Ownership of the chart of accounts and trial balance and accountability for reconciling and clearing open items within agreed deadlines;
- Review of output from assigned team members, ensuring it is completed to a high standard and within prescribed deadlines; such output includes but is not limited to: monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for allocated clients under applicable accounting standards, as required; draft financial statements; oversight, management, and support on audit deliverables, ensuring reporting deadlines are met and liaising directly with auditors and other a
- SPV filing applied;
- Monthly Investor Report following strict cash flow waterfall methods and procedures;
- Reconciliation of servicer reports to bank accounts and Monthly Reports; VAT and CT returns; funds transfers to and from accounts as needed; receipt and disbursement of funds through settlement; and daily cash balance of client operating accounts through resolution;
- Timely submission of regulation returns to the Central Bank of Ireland;
- Coordinating and completing the annual audit, meeting all reporting dates;
- Working closely with the Servicer on annual budgeting and variance reporting;
- Implementation and compliance with all relevant systems, policies, processes, and measures;
- Address internal and external inquiries quickly;
- Maintaining good ties with clients, servicers, investors, rating agencies, legal counsels, and others as needed; and
- Any other occasional tasks given to you

Relevant Experience:
- 4 years post-qualification, ideally in client services or accounting
- Aviation expertise a plus, but not necessary People management experience
- ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA qualified
