Our client is a 40 year old property company with an excellent track record and is debt free with multupl projects nearing completion and multiple projects starting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial control, all journals, prepayment, accruals and month end journals.
• Monthly KPI's and variance analysis
• Annual budgets, monthly estate reporting packs
• Assist with the year end process
• Implement new accounting software and ad-hoc finance projects
• Bi-Monthly VAT returns and tax compliance

Requirements:

• Recently qualified accountant 0-4 years PQE (ACA, ACCA)
• Interest in property or trying to understand the sector
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Strong stakeholder management
