Our Client:

Our client is an Automotive Tech MNC that gives customers the tools to help them buy, find and finance automobiles. Our client is in hyper-growth mode and is expanding further internationally. Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Opps Analyst to support thier sales teams. This is a hybrid role for their Dublin office.


What you'll do:

  • Run regular data quality checks to pinpoint any issues and suggest solutions to ensure we are maintaining data integrity
  • Identify roadblocks or gaps in the sales processes and work with key-stakeholders to find and implement solutions
  • Act as an internal process expert across key processes, including prospecting, book of business management and sales reporting.
  • Be able to provide training and educating users on key procedures
  • Use data and insights to help sales teams identify trends across revenue and productivity metrics.
  • Build and maintain sales reporting to track sales efficiency across key sales activities and metrics including, sales pipeline, opportunity management, close rates, product saturation, churn ect.
  • Assist with a variety of ad-hoc Sales Operations tasks including helping with sales support desk queries
  • Work with our EA and Engineering team to find resolutions to system-critical bugs and enhancements


Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years in a Sales Operations or Salesforce Admin role
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Highly detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills
  • Consultative and collaborative
  • Self-starter who can work and learn autonomous
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience juggling multiple tasks at once
  • Flexibility to periodically extend working hours to support the Sales organisation
  • Excellent collaboration skills
