Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to the US Sales Director and Revenue Operations Team.
Drive and track business performance through a data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations.
Manage the design, development, maintenance and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards.
Provide insight to senior leadership in the development of sales incentive compensation programs.
Work with multiple functions in the business (legal, finance, marketing) to develop and implement solutions for sales growth.
Assist with the development of new sales reps.
Assist with executive presentations on the health and momentum of the business.
Develop a deep understanding of our sales process and sales cycle.
Be flexible and able to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency.
The Ideal Candidate:
You have a passion for startups and online businesses.
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a strategy or business field.
You have 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consultancy or a related field.
You have experience of working with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
You are independent, ambitious and self-motivated.
