Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the US Sales Director and Revenue Operations Team.

  • Drive and track business performance through a data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations.

  • Manage the design, development, maintenance and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards. 

  • Provide insight to senior leadership in the development of sales incentive compensation programs. 

  • Work with multiple functions in the business (legal, finance, marketing) to develop and implement solutions for sales growth.

  • Assist with the development of new sales reps.

  • Assist with executive presentations on the health and momentum of the business.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our sales process and sales cycle.

  • Be flexible and able to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You have a passion for startups and online businesses.

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a strategy or business field.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Consultancy or a related field.

  •  You have experience of working with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot. 

  • You are independent, ambitious and self-motivated.
