Our Client, a SaaS company based in Ireland, is expanding its salesforce and has exciting roles available for a Sales Director based in Germany with experience in the Life Science space.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for winning & expanding clients in Germany region
-Establish client''s enterprise digital platform as the leading SaaS solution in Life Sciences for customers
-Manage sales process through qualification, business analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close
-Manage the pipeline to drive sales forecast, revenue and exceed target goals
-Provide up to date and accurate sales pipeline information in CRM system.
-Navigate client and partner organizations to drive client awareness and ensure stakeholder alignment at all levels
-Onboard and work with regional Partners to help drive sales and delivery
-Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, contracting and professional services teams
-Share knowledge and be an active team player to support company objectives
-Keep abreast of Life Sciences industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
-Report to Sales leadership of Europe & Asia regions
Qualifications & Skills:
-Previous training or customer facing experience.
-Strong technical writing skills
-Video creation skills desirable
-Second language desirable
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
-Relevant experience in the Life Sciences Industry.
-Degree in relevant discipline, (Engineering, IT or Science)
-Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills Positive nature, can-do attitude, and a team player
-Capable of acting on own initiative.
