Our client is an award-winning Sustainability Technology Multinational that has operations across 9 countries and 3 continents. Our client works with some of the world's leading brands on a number of sustainability projects.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking to hire a Sales Development Representative for their Dublin-based office. You will have the opportunity to work directly with senior management and have a real impact on the business. You will join the Customer Success team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ year of experience within a SDR role or an ambitious individual who has recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in preferably a Marketing, Business related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with the drive to succeed in a Sales environment
  • Previous experience working with a Sales CRM system is considerably advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite (Excel) & Google Workspace
  • A second language is an advantage
  • A determined sales professional with the ability to exceed targets



Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Business Development through generating & qualifying business leads & on-boarding new clients
  • Conduct market research and source viable new business opportunities
  • Uploading pipeline of interested prospects on the Company CRM system and engaging sales executives for the next step in the sales process
  • Scheduling meetings between qualified leads and sales executives
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prepare sales reports, ensuring that all of the data is accurate and up to date
  • Deliver presentations for clients and be the direct point of contact
  • Making a number of call to clients on a daily basis
  • Provide ad hoc and sales support functions
