We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with a proven ability in lead generation and experience working in Financial Service sales with top UK banks.

The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will initiate growth by identifying new business opportunities across the UK.
You will generate leads, make introductions and set up meetings to be closed by the VP Sales for UK & Ireland.
You will work closely with the senior team members, building strong relationships with business partners in the Financial Services sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and Identify prospective business within the UK and Ireland market.
  • Build a pipeline of leads, qualify, build rapport and transform these opportunities into warm leads.
  • Quickly identify business challenges that our prospective customers face and using consultative sales methodology providing solutions for their business
  • Open doors and develop relationships with partners from market research. Strategise a sales approach.
  • Regularly meet with Team Lead to discuss strategy and implementation on targeting new business.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Client-Focused with relevant experience in Financial Service sales.
  • Able to open doors and make new connections within existing business.
  • Entrepreneurial and autonomous, with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Highly motivated and constantly aiming to improve
  • Will have a self-starter mindset, possessing the ability to work with own agency.
  • Highly structured, keeping up with deadlines and various contributors.

Experience Required:

  • 5 years of professional experience in lead generation.
  • Experience in prospecting and building a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Strong sales background ideally in Financial Services sector
  • Deep understanding, experience, and knowledge of digital platforms, ideally in finance sector and ideally in a sale role.
  • Previous experience in closing mid market or enterprise level deals desirable.
  • Up to 25% travel to UK & Irish based clients may be required.
