My client is also interested in applications from experienced, talented Senior Associates.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Advise a portfolio of clients worldwide from start-ups to some of the world's best-known brands, on employment legislation, helping them meet their workforce objectives, devise a workable solution, and effectively manage their employment-related legal risk.

  • Advise on a broad range of high profile and complex issues working collaboratively as part of a genuine global legal team.

  • Assist promote and develop the firm and the Employment Department as appropriate by way of appropriate networking and business development.

  • Assist in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers in the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Excellent employment experience gained in a leading Irish or international firm

  • Strong technical knowledge of relevant legislation and case law and a proven ability to stay abreast of relevant updates and advise on impact for clients.

  • Proven commerciality with an ability to provide and deliver solutions-focused, commercial legal advice.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven ability to successfully prioritise and deliver to tight deadlines in a busy environment

  • Proven interest in marketing and business development

  • Ability to coach and mentor juniors as required

  • Strong team player but also self-motivated
