The Company

This revolutionary business plans to transform the mortgage banking sector by developing a digital platform that will use the latest RegTech and Data Science to assess and underwrite borrowers. As well as providing a digital platform, this business has secured a European wide Banking License and plans on developing its product portfolio over time. 

Responsibilities: 

• You will be expected to play a leading role in defining the product strategy, scaling the engineering team and building processes to meticulously understand our user's needs.

• Will work alongside outsourced teams of engineers and designers

• Scope a project at the concept stage and deliver on set milestones through to launch

• Operate within an ambiguous environment

• Deliver quick success - understand the balance between a market-ready state and perfection

• A track record and passion for shipping products at scale that consistently deliver brilliant user experiences

• Take ownership of a senior management function - there is no end state for this role, you will be responsible for defining your own success

The Ideal Candidate:

• Tangible experience in a product or program management function within high-growth technology, FinTech or SaaS environment

• Track record of shipping multiple products and been involved throughout the lifecycle

• Experience supporting external cross-functional stakeholders, product design, product implementation and/or testing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities with autonomy

• Adaptable for the quickly changing landscape of a startup environment

• A leader, passionate about building and coaching new teams

• An analyst, excited to draw insightful conclusions from complex sets of information and communicate them to other stakeholders

• Be our customers most vocal advocate within our organisation to ensure they great the best experience on our platform

• A collaborator, experienced leading cross-functional teams to achieve big outcomes
