The Role
- Maintain Payroll Control sheets and reports
- Manage the UK and Irish payroll in adherence to payroll deadlines
- Manage payroll KPI's and reporting
- Ensure the data on HR and payroll systems is accurate
- Process employee pay on time
- Manage payroll KPI's and reporting
- Work with other teams such as Tax, Tech, IT, Operations and HR
- Engage with 3rd party Providers to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are in place
- Manage SLAs (internal and external)
- Ad‐hoc projects as assigned by the Senior Management Teams
Ideal Experience
- IPASS or a related payroll qualification
- Experience in managing UK and Ireland payroll
- Ability to work to pre-agreed deadlines
- Ability to organise workload and provide summarised reports for management
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
