Looking for a Payroll Manager who is willing to for responsibility and to lead the Irish payroll function. Ideas are welcomed and change will be actively encouraged, for the right calibre candidate this is a must apply role:
Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll for Ireland's entities Circa 800+
- Manage 2 x Junior Payroll staff
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams on all Payroll issues
- Validate overtime, illness, bonus and all benefits
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors such as payroll outsource
- Responsible for workday and ADP
- Ensure compliance and risk controls within payroll
- Main point of contact in Ireland for all payroll requirements
- Manage Benefits - Tax saver, cycle to work, ESPP, RSU etc
- Reporting -Run reports for validation and support business planning
- Policy - Ensure compliance with legislation and Co updates
- Relationships - Ensure partnering with vendors, HR, Finance and EMEA HR leads
Qualifications and Experience:
- Attention to Detail
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment
- 3-5 Years payroll experience
- Excellent team player (within HR)
- Workday and ADP experience desirable
- Previous experience in a multinational 750+ Payroll
