Payroll Manager
Phoenix is currently working with a growing hospitality company, with locations all over Europe. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their fast-paced team. The suitable candidate will have 3-5 years experience in client-facing payroll, and knowledge of growing out a payroll team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the payroll team and training of new members
- Payroll and payroll project implementation
- Be a point-of-contact for all payroll-related queries
- Liaise with clients
- Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Conducting payroll audits
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years fast-paced, client-facing payroll experience
- IPASS qualification
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in people management
- Strong communication skills
