Payroll Manager

Phoenix is currently working with a growing hospitality company, with locations all over Europe. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their fast-paced team. The suitable candidate will have 3-5 years experience in client-facing payroll, and knowledge of growing out a payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the payroll team and training of new members
  • Payroll and payroll project implementation
  • Be a point-of-contact for all payroll-related queries
  • Liaise with clients
  • Weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll
  • Conducting payroll audits

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years fast-paced, client-facing payroll experience
  • IPASS qualification
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in people management
  • Strong communication skills
